Hi, I just like bought this racket ashaway nanotec 9800. I would like to find out more info regarding this racket and it seems like I can't find any info pretty much.
Is there a way to check the racket's authenticity? Anybody can give me some advises?

I'm pretty sure that those fakers don't produce fake Ashaway racquets because alot of those Ashaway Racquets are already like clones of Yonex and Forza. I've tried the Nanotec9800 with PG66N at 25lbs before, it played quite well but I preferred the Kevelar200 ( i think this is what it's called ), over the NT9800, simply because the Kevelar200 is so much easier to use.. and it's so powerful.

Hi jhirata, so u did used this NT9800 racket before. At first I was trying to prove the existence of this racket model and then later on prove that it is an authentic racket. Nice hearing that actually somebody out there actually used this racket as the closest to my findings is some Nanotec 9300 and Nanotec 9500 racket. As this is the first time I'm buying a Ashaway racket, I'm just trying to be more skeptical. Thanks alot!:)

I wasn't so sure about the model number, but it looks like the Yonex Nanospeed9000, right.. ?
Haha I like how many Ashaway racquets have a thick, round buttcap.

Yes it does look like the nanospeed 9000 except the color variations. The shaft however is in some kind of bronze color.

Picture wise would be kind of hard as I do not have a camera. Anyway I bought it at Queensway Shopping centre at one of the shop on the first floor. Its a new shop but I didn't quite get the name of the shop as I was quite in a rush. I have checked the receipt in hope of finding the shop name but could to no avail as I was only given the NETs receipt.

seems like the thick round buttcap only applies to certain new models only...my new palladium xt600 has one too. but not the new ribtec88 or spiral series. just tried out the palladium xt600 yesterday, strung with yy cbg100 string at 25lbs. very nice racket to play with, even balanced..;)
