She is not arrogant, she is just an introvert person. I read in a newspaper, although sometimes she keeps talking talking and talking, she also doesn't know what she is trying to talk. Normally an introvert and quiet person will lead to misunderstanding by others. Since this kind of people talk not much thing, therefore others may think that they are cool and arrogant. I have a friend is this kind of people also.

Do you have a link to the interview? Was it something she said? I don't think you can equate talkativeness to egotism.

Yes. One of the best game in this edition. Marrisa and lilyana played superbly to came back from 2-12. Thats tremendous.

I just watched the video, she doesn't look cocky at all :confused:. She looks a little tired probably from the match but I don't think she's being egotistical.

On a side note, I like her boyish haircut. Looks sexy on her ;);).

How you draw the conclusion of "china manner" when you only talk about 2 ppl? :eek: You know CHN has 1.3B ppl, right? :rolleyes:

Whether they are cocky, arrogant or showoff or whatever, they have their skill (rank) to back it up. They are players, and they are human beings. As long as they win most of the matches (not every single title), they have the "stuff" to be whatever they like. You or me might not like them as a person, but they are still number 1 in rank. :o

I don't think CHN is over confident, actually, they are confident as they know they will win. Yes, they lost 2 WS, but to take 3 out of 5 (with the way their WD line up) is simply mission impossible. Yeah, Jiang is not in top form these days, but the outcome is pre-set. I doubt even Holland can believe they can take out CHN. The match is more like 1 side is "nothing to lose", the other side is "nothing to prevent from winning". :D

You can say their WS is not as dominate as before. After ZN's retirement, they might experience a short time period of losing some titles. However, the young guns are coming up, leading by Wang Yihan... ;)
