so, the difference is that they're probably made out of crap, and will break easily, right?

actually i bought a nanospeed 9000 type x from ebay at $45. it is a counterfeit because of the price but it works freaking awesome. it's light and good. but however i never used a real 9000 before so i don't know. all i can say is it's worth 45. i have no money to pay 200+ for a racket. i would love one tho.

Can you post this in the Ebay auction watch next time. There is no need to make a new thread for this stuff.

That same $45 dollars could of been used to purchase a geniune racket of the $40-$50 range instead of a countefeit racket.

Just wondering, what kind of claim would you submit before you actually receive the item? You can't prove its a counterfeit until you receive it right?

If you keep giving money to the counterfeit business, then you're just going to let the conterfeit business grow with the more money they are making, then there will be even more counterfeit racquets on the market.

I figured I'd let ya'll know that he let me cancel my order, probably realized I knew at that point it was counterfeit (through a series of messages, he mentioned it as a "real chinese yonex" which translates to ******** (<3 China, but yeah). He made me pay a $5 fee for the ad I wasted, but aside from that it was fine... I wish there was a way I could prosecute him, but it would just take too much time and effort.

but you can't prove its a counterfeit until it arrives at your door even thogh we can be sure that it is. even if you submit a claim to ebay, he will have a million of excuses for selling a supposed genuine racquet.
