In INA, most [though not all] female badminton players end their career when they're around 25-27... because by that time they try to be married and have kids. Example: Susi Susanti, who retired to take care of her kids. Most did... We rarely see 30+ years old active female players at the Pelatnas level.

No. Susi is from PB Jaya Raya, another top club in Indonesia. The club of Greysia, Pia, Nana, Firda, Mia; Jaya Raya is the top producer of INA WS in history. Susi's husband, Alan Budikusuma, is from PB Djarum. Ellen Angelina, the last WS Indonesian Open winner from Indonesia [in 2001], is from Djarum and have coached Maria Febe and Maria Elfira.
