It's a tough draw for the second seed Wifqi Windarto/Afiat Yuris Wirawan and it will be a VERY GOOD achievement if they are to fulfill their seeding, which means having to beat Malaysian MD pairs.

The other promising pair Adi Chrisna Wijaya/Syahmie Syarif Radhitian will be lucky enough if they can win one match.

For XD : the 2007 World Junior Champs (LKW/NHL) & Asia Junior Champs (Wee Kiong/Khe Wei) are competing. Ehem... These 2 pairs tried to qualify for OG but not experienced enuf yet.
And Razif/Sook Chin, senior to the above 2, is strong too. Candidates for WC 2009 & OG 2012 OG.

MS, TCS, CWF are there.
WS - Lydia Cheah, Msia's 3rd WS for Uber 2008
WD - no tourney winner, but were Msia WD pairs for Uber 2008. :D

In short, yes, seasoned as juniors, not yet there as seniors.
