The rest of Msia juniors are 1st timer inexperienced 16 year olds (young by Msia standard)

Chai Biao/Zhang Nan helped Chain grab the team gold by beating Korean MD convincingly. The also reached the semi final in individual event, losing to the host pair (the eventual champion) in 2 close games. I think they played pretty good. some day you win, some day you lose. and they are just junior players, being quite unstable some time.

I wached Chai Biao play before, he is a very good player, have big potentials.

Yeah, I know that situation...Hmm, credit to Adi Pratama who had beaten Tanongsak. Unfortunately the Thailand rising star didn't play his best during this event as he did at Thomas Cup last May.

What I pressumed is correct, Li Gen is not on par with the rest in the Chinese junior team. He should not be given another chance in the world juniors.

I think Vietnam is showcasing some young talents in WS and MD and may catch up with the badminton strongholds in time to come. I am quite surprised with the upset win of Malaysia's Mohd Syawal over Thailand's sensation,Tanongsak in this tourney. I thought the latter should not face much resistance in junior tourney.Nevertheless, Tanongsak is still the favourite for World Juniors in October.
