I have already found a coach for coaching in the summer but I would like 2 more people to join with me and my brother, so that the prices would not be that high.
Anybody interested can reply to this thread.
Thanx :)

Hey i heard that the humid weather makes it difficult to play power games such as an all out attack game over there? Well its good to gain that experience of playing in a different climate, i hate it here when its cold although we do get like one days summer here hahaha...... anyway although i don't need the shades i'd still look cool, it helps put my opponents off when i have them on haha .........

i think training in humid and hot climate help build up your stamina to even higher level.
CD,
yes. try it. i was in HK and Cheung brought me to a gym with no A/C. my gosh, you just have to experience it to know how high humidity can affect your game. it is absolutely boiling and your whole body is completely drenched in sweat.
you just have to try it yourself. but be prepared. and also make sure you bring lots of t-shirts and a towel!
just a thought, other than heat and humidity, what other "extreme" conditions can you think of when playing badminton??
- extreme cold. finger are practically frozen and numb : Korean Open.
- high altitude and low pressure : Calgary, CA?
- extreme heat and humidity : HK and other tropical areas.
now i feel so spoiled.

Hey does that mean i could do what the proffesionnals do like wipe my hand over my face to clear the sweat off and flick it off the court. Mmm be a good idea to flick the sweat on the opponents side of the court and play a load of shots to the sweaty part of the floor............. Sigh just like grease they would be dancing on court......

for non-pros, be prepare to swipe sweat off face before the game starts

another extreme condition is learning to concentrate under noisy or other external distractions. Hmm, i don't know how i would cope with the second one like i haven't seen any girls wearing bikini watching me play badminton before

Hi,
Well this is when the old girlfriends come in handy guys :) Get them to come along with ya and make them watch in your bikinnis. And if they are as fit and as gorgeous as mine, badminton would be the last thing on your mind!!!

Matt, change of plan. Thanks to Ayl, I will have a chance to test my concentration ability from a better candidate, Adelina. Hmm, suit case full of bikinis huh? Look like it would be a long, tortuous and mind bending ordeal. We'll see.
