Whose your best make overal?

Hi,

Was just interested who liked what make. I know a large percentage like Yonex, but there must be some other people who preferre other makes. Please participate in this interesting poll to see if Yonex IS the best overal :)

I prefer Yonex because of their consistent quality for non-SP versions. Also, the craftsmanship on the racquets are quite better compared to some other brands. The only thing I dislike about Yonex is it's HIGH PRICE!!:p

what we coudl do is first start a Poll to see how many of them actually used a brand other than yonex for a decent length of time at their best. Decent length of time for this purpose would be something like 2-3 months!

Then we would actually know how many are actually trying to use brands other than yonex and then this poll would be of any significance!

From myside, I have extensively used Yonex and carlton rackets. I woudl say that TI 10 is the best in Yonex and AB 2000 in Carlton.

Yonex as everybody will agree supplies the widest range of rackets to suit any kind of player! I have not come across Triple taper Iso head with them but stil...

I think the mere fact that yonex subscribes to many customers in terms of Quality, price and performance. If u give me Rs 1500/- In Indian currency I can show you atleast Ten rackets of yonex from which u could pick one!This kind of range cannot be provided by any other brand after maintaining the same Quality and standard of performance.I am talking abt Full graphite rackets. Not Steel heads...

We could say that forza and such brands might have same quality or superior quality and performance but they dont have the variety or range at such low prices!

What yonex does best is, it captures the entry level player and then all his dead life he will keep subscribing to yonex. Yonex makes the first impression. I try my level best to suggest plp diff brands but then i cant show them variety and after they see all rackets inclusive of yonex they end up buying a yonex racket!

I think this situation can be changed in abt 5-10 yrs if all of us stop buying yonex and start supporting other brands! Hwo many of u actually want to do that!

I think Yonex is like English (language). Accepted anywhere and everywhere. If u dont know to use it u are looked down...

And just to add to Cooler's list....RSL, Babolat, AeroTec, Pointfore, Alpha, Hi-Qua, Dunlop, Yamaha, Sugiyama, and the other 5 or 6 Yonex clones.... LOL.. Yogi makes a point in stating to poll who actually uses something else OTHER THAN Yonex.
