Finally, they've finally replaced the light bulbs! :)

Most of bubble under beneath the floor are gone too! Feel much safer while playing now.

Did water get onto the floor?

What water? The bubbles were caused by air! The previous owner didn't know how to do the floor right, so they applied a layer of "glue" underneath the floor mat (for a few courts); causing the floor mat to deform.

skyy, so what did you guys do to fix it?

I didn't fix it! One day I dropped in for play and found out it was fixed! So I asked people around and found out what happened. Not sure how they fixed the floor either. But it's fixed! :D
