i buyd something new (roller ball)

it's new here in belgium
it's a sort of ball when you take a rope fast out of it the middle ball turns 8000 R.M.P
because of that you can Devolops grips, wrist and forearm, this ball is mean for people that playing tennis Or badminton or any other racket sport
When i used it for my first time it was really funny
And it really make (for me) my wrist stronger
only the prize is 15€ here :s

how would you know if it made your wrist stronger or not? didn't you just get it?

think ... If you use it and feel the power in your wrist like another tool for your wrist ( dont know exact the name) And why they would sell it with only the sentence : develop wrist It must be, and the man in the badminton store said it too :s

the internal ball is a gyroscope, and the action of the wrist movement keeps the internal ball rotating. a smooth motion can accelerate, and incorrect movement could disrupt and slow the rotation. it's a neat little gizmo, it does seem to work, have a couple friends that like using it. if it gets you to exercise your wrist, then go for it.
