I have been playing recreation badminton for quite a while. I would say my skill level should be intermediate. Or maybe beginner? Looking for partners to play with in Dublin. I prefer double but occasional single should be no problem. Weekday after work is the best time for me. But Saturday and Sunday are fine to me most of the time too.

Now, this is a churned post :eek:

I just moved to the Pleasant Hill area and have been playing badminton on and off for a few years. I'd like to get back into it and play regularly with some people. I was checking out Bingtang Dublin since the open gym days and times fit my work schedule. I'm free all day Mondays and Tuesdays or after 7:30 pm during the rest of the week, my email is dpsiazon@hotmail.com if anyone has any information on open gyms in the area or a group they want to start. I mainly play doubles and would consider myself intermediate.

We go to Bintang Dublin on Saturday morning but would also like to play on weekdays instead of going to the gym. Let me know if we can join you guys. My husband and I are beginner to intermediate players.

I used to go there every Wed night after work, but it seemed to drop off quite a bit. Wasn't getting good games. Will try to start showing up again. Also, I've noticed they are now open at lunch, so may give that a try on Mondays at lunch and see how many show up.

I usually go Sunday mornings (they open @ 10) since there are usually not that many people there to clog up the courts.

K: the problem for me has not been too many people but rather too few. I've shown up there and not been able to play because there wasn't anyone to play with. Weekdays are best for me as my office is near there.
