Hi

I have only just got into badminton after a few years of squash and am loving it.

However i am having problems finding a decent badminton shoe as the indorr court shoes i have are no good for badminton (more indoor training shoes) can anyone give me some good recomendations before i blow a load of money on something that may be no good.

Also maybe a recomendation for a half decent headlight racket (i seem to get on well with headlight)

Cheers for any help.

Ive heard lots of great things about yonex mx100s this years and last years. Im also eyeing the new nike ones and theyre supposed to be super light. Ill wear out my current pair of mizunos before i get those :) And as for racket, the yonex nanospeed aka ns series are pretty light, and should do the trick.

As you are from UK, you could easily find Carlton -- Aeroblade FX -- ISO or Oval -- flexible and headlight :)
Price is between 34-44 pounds.
