Thanks. ;) kwun 06-18-2002, 04:29 PM Nic, i got them from Luxis in HK. i am using them in all my rackets now. they are the best i have used: sticky and lasts forever, and sticky even when wet, and sufficiently thin so i won't be holding this thick thing. they are pricey at HK$50 list price. and i ask my badminton shop friend here about the availability of the grip from Mizuno US, apparently they don't import them here. :( i believe Cheung is using or has used Mizuno grip before as well. Nic 06-18-2002, 04:43 PM Thanks Kwun, seems like it is quite tough to get Mizuno stuffs here in the states besides shoes, even shoes is quite limited too. kwun 06-19-2002, 05:46 AM i also find that they have different shoes here than in HK. and also, the price is really high, a local place is selling some Mizunos, but they are over $70! Slanter 06-19-2002, 08:12 AM On all of my racquets I run the grip down over the numbers and just onto the shast. But is I had a Cab 20 CN I think I would leave it like yours, Kwun. kwun 07-04-2002, 03:01 AM Slanter, yes, i do that too on my other rackets. good for serving in doubles and the more delicate drives and net shots. but when i got the cab20, i knew that it is to the brittle side and i told myself i'd never use it for doubles. thus i wrapped it higher. and of course, for the reason you mentioned! :) |
