You have to get the blessing from your federation if you quit ( not only China in this case, INA/MAS/KOR too)...otherwise you can not play for other countries...

I think LYB didn't allow ZTT to move to HKG because if she moves, at least HKG has 1 strong WD pair..

It is more likely....also today Butet/Nova, Vita/Rijal also withdrew...Danish embassy is quite strict about processing time...lets see if TH can pull it out or not...
