Hi, I was wondering if any of you guys have used any of the top end Gosen rackets?
I will like to have your opinion on the Gosen Roots Gavun Aermet 6000, 4500 and 3400. Which is more head heavy and which is suited for Singles/Doubles? Any comments will be greatly appreciated.

The Aermet 4500 is a really powerful racket.
You can actually feel the racket flex at the kickpoints when you hit the shuttle.
It is very slim.
Slightly head heavy but extremely maneuverable.

Excellent racket for aggressive doubles players.

But one warning: although people say that you can string this racket up to 35 lbs, don't string this racket more than 26 lbs if you want the racket to last a long time.
I know someone who strung this racket at 27lbs and it cracked at the head (12 o'clock position).

Gosen rackets are pretty hard to find in Singapore, esp the top end ones.
Mongoose bought his in Malaysia.... It's around S$130-S$150 I believe.

yer..i too was told that the aermet 4500 can hold a tension of 35lbs. but i doubt it. mine is strung at 26lbs and if u look closely, the frame is kindda off. I was told that this racquet has a pointy head. i was also told that wong choon hann strings the last 4-5 strings on the top an additional 2-3 lbs more.

other then that, the racquet is quite pleasant to use. the only thing it did was it messed up my backhand. and yes..it can indeed be a powerful racquet. slightly heavy headed, but i wrapped it with 2 grip so it's not so heavy headed now. But honestly, i dun feel the 2 kickpoint. maybe i just do not know how to tell the diff.
