it's priced at NT2600 (w string, grip and a 3 racket bag). about SGD120.
i tried to find the Woven 999, apparently it's out of stock here.
Lee, you interested?

what would you compare the performance of the racquet to?
i'm keen to know how it compares to the yonexes.

sad to say, i'm still in taipei. no chance to try it out yet. probably i will get to try it only this Sunday. but like i mentioned, the build quality is good, on par with Victor (or maybe slightly better). hopefully, this will be one good buy. i will try to post some photos, but the quality of the pics may not be good, as i have only a camera phone with me.

Here as promised, some pics of the rackets. sorry about the quality of some of the pics. as you can see from the last photo, the frame section is triangular. swinging the racket produces slightly less drag than the diamond section of Victor Superwaves.

A very nice looking racquet ! Agree with your assessment of Victor Superwave, it doesn't feel very aerodynamic when you swing it, most likely due to the box design of the frame. Maybe that's why for the new Brave Sword series, it has a more aerodynamic design.

How come all the Singaporeans jump into this thread ? :)

i'm not sure if the whole racket is made of woven, but the look of the racket seems to say so. as for the review, unless i get an invite to play at NTUT, i'll only be able to use the racket on Sunday earliest. so hold your horses people. anyway, i'll be in Taipei for the next 3 days, so I may still be able to get some stuff from here to bring back.

i think fleet is quite hard to get in singapore. I think the quality is as good as Victor, Carlton etc. Maybe there isn't a market in SG, as most people only knows YY

I agree. There's not much brand variety in singapore.
Just head down to any sports retail shops in the malls and the only racquets you see are yonex and wilson.

These retail stores cater to majority of players who are mostly leisure players.

I have seen Fleet racquets before in Singapore, there's one badminton shop at Eastpoint mall in Simei that sells Fleet.

Another shop is at Queensway, 2nd level.

I see, the one at eastpoint older guy whereas the one at queensway younger.

The shop at eastpoint carry some unique brand like dunlop and fischer.

Another shop that carrys the not so famous brand is at CDANs, in fact, he was selling the new range of Fischer racquet before it become popular and you can find it in many shops nowadays.

My friend father is the owner of the 2 shop. From what i heard from him is that the person in charge of the eastpoint outlet is his father worker. They play badminton weekly at tampines sportshall if i not wrong.

just tried out the racket today
some details of the racket:
Iso-head, 87grams, slight head heavy balance
Originally G5 grip size, but I had a towel grip wrapped on.
Strung with BG66 at 27/29lbs (the shop in Taipei used an ES5Pro for the stringing)

Initial feel:
Hit some shots during warm-ups. Did not know how the racket would have responded, so I used my normal strength to hit the shuttle. Most of my lobs went one foot over the baseline. I quickly adjusted and it was back to normal. Smash timing was a bit off, as the racket swung faster than my SW31. Power delivery was decent, most of my shots were well within placement. Tried out a few short drives, and found the racket easy to maneuvre.

Game play:
During doubles play, racket can be swung very fast to respond to the shots. It was noticably much easy to swing than SW31. However, I noticed that despite the shape of the racket, the sweet spot is smaller as compared to Superwaves, Wovens. Not sure why is this so, or it could just be me. The racket easily produced power, but I could feel more vibrations in the racket as compared to SW31. Head stability was not an issue, and net plays were quick and easy. You could feel the shuttle easily.

Conclusion:
Though I had played with the racket for about 45mins, I felt I have learnt enough to say that this was a racket that is well worth the price tag. The build quality was good, did not have much to complain about the paintwork, played decently enough. However, it may be slightly too light at 87grams, and the stiffness was about that of a SW32 (medium stiff). I prefer something slightly stiffer, more rigid and more top-loaded (because my towel grip changed the b/p of the racket). I had expected the power to be on par with the Superwaves, but it failed to achieve that (Woven 16 can deliver more power, so does the SW31). Overall, it is still is a racket worth recommending, and I would say it is well suited for a all-round or doubles play. Based on the characteristics of the racket, it is also suitable for women as well. I'm sure there isn't many rackets of the same price tag (SGD$120) that can deliver the same quality.

I heard one of my friend said Fleet is kinda like from B K, black knight.
Is that true?
