wpt/ceh are in top 10 and they are the best WD that MAS have so far.i think they were world no 4 before if i am not mistaken and they also beat Wei Yili/Zhang Yawen before. to me they can be considered world class players. maybe not as world class as china players yet but then still is an achievement for MAS WD especially when there is so little WD players in MAS. hopefully junior pairs like WKW/NHL will improve more and decrease the standard gap. go CCM/CCE. mas boleh

From the 1 1/4 game so far that i've watched, Lee Sheng Mu seems to be the better overall player in the partnership. He has the complete package: killer smashes as well as jumpsmashes, super defense, technique, court awareness and very quick at the net...Whoah, did anyone see that? Fang Chieh Min did a Tony Gunawan racket switch in the middle of the rally!!....What a show-off!! :p;):p
Lee also did a semi-defending-on-one-knee just before the interval.

agree with u Tjun Tjun. being in top 10 is not that easy. well, though they have not won SS title yet, but they won MAS 1st WD SEA games title and also retain MAS CG gold from LPS/ALP. and also recently they went into their 1st SS final. maybe not a great achievement compare to winnning SS but still a breakthrough for MAS WD. yes CCM/CCE won g2. hope they win g3

WPT/CEH do not have the luxury of competitive team mates to push them to the next level unlike the Chinese...not seeking excuse for WPT/CEH but it must be lonely for them as the standard of their team mates are quite far behind them......at their age I don't think they can go any higher in WD and the coaches recognised that and they are thinking of switching them to XD.....well they have beaten the top Chinese but not as often as we would like them to be ....but hopefully they have given some hope to MAS juniors that the Chinese juggernauts can be beaten.......

3 win and 3 lost for mas...not a good 1....chan/chew should have won this...but...lee/fang is better pair in the match...:(...

Hehe because they are not up to the standard yet... :p just kidding... well wearing rings, necklaces, screaming, or what so ever do not show that a player is arrogant... and being arrogant in badminton court is nothing wrong but not outside the court... just like what Rexy Mainaky said before... heauheauheau.. and like you said, cai yun and fu haifeng are not arrogant but cai yun has got tattoo on his back too... every players in the badminton courts want to win.. nobody wants to lose... so let them entertain us with their skills and leave this arrogant discussion out... ;)

Now i would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Julia Wong Pei Xian for achieving something great today... beating yippy is not easy but the 21 y.o shows no fear.. one word.. RESPECT! Hopefully she will fight Zhou Mi to the end tomorrow... and i do believe Julia can be the best Malaysia female player if she is given more international exposure... she is so much younger than wong mew choo and i do believe she can be much better than wmc... congratulations Julia Wong...

p/s: would like to thank Dato' LCW for asking BAM to send more shuttlers to international tournament... i sincerely do believe that players like Darren Liew, Mohd Arif Latif, Ng Hui Lin and Woon Khe Wei and co. can be world beater one day if they are exposed more... ;)
