It depends on a lot of things...
- Is it a drop wight or an auto tension one?
- How much support points?
- Does it come with a stand or is it a table model?
- How old is it?
- What is the brand?

If you are going to put it in a museum, then it can be pretty worthfull ;)
But I mean , stringing modern rackets with a 2 point 30 years old machine... No hair on my head that ever thinks about that. If you really want it, I would say, max $50.
And about the strings... 'a part' means nothing. A racket needs 10m... so figure out... A roll of 200m costs about 130 dollar...

i dunno il count it when i get it, there two rolls one of some silver stuff and one ashaway, i just strung my first racket, at 24lbs using the antique :), should be as good as a two point one today, you know what its like things these days are designed to break after a set period, whereas in the old days they were built to last and they do last as proved by this machine oh and its a BOW MAN iv got the original manual they were an english company
