It's very true. Sina and Sohu Sports only show Chinese Players. Embarrrrrasssssssing, shameful, selfish, pathetic etc... :o:(:crying::mad::confused:

I find it very funny that they only show the runners-up when China are the beaten finalists. Being one of the superhouses, shouldn't be they at least showing the winners regardless whether Chinese or not? How can we promote Badminton to the world by being selfish and short-sighted?

I wanted to say for a long time. Maybe Kwun or whoever can talk to the related personnel regarding this issue.

Badminton number of players is growing more than most of other sports.
But popularity isn't following, because no one knows famous players.
Even in the stadium, yesterday I saw Jin Chen and Mew Choo Wong walking in the crowd, no one knows who they are.
The same for French players. Simon Maunoury was there and nobody came see him.
People aren't interested in high level. That's the problem.
And when Pi will retire, it will be harder to interest them.

I didn't take pics today, but tomorrow I'll take ones.

yeah and I just saw several footage of French Tennis championship thingy (I cant remember which one) but held in same days with French Open 2008 and the seats are empty.
