[Adelaide] Badminton Monday 7.10 - 9.10 PM

Hi just a general message to let people know that we run a regular badminton group on Mondays and would like to welcome any interested peoples.

We're based at the Enfield High School Gym, Gepps Cross. Cost is $4 per person with plastic shuttlecocks provided.

At the moment we're mostly social players, but more competitive people are most welcome

HHi 6ixty, how many courts and how many ppl normally attend?

Hi extradry - there are 6 courts and at the moment we're only averaging maybe a court and a half (one double, one single) after a lot of our regulars moved interstate. I imagine if all the courts get filled up we will implement a court rotation...but we haven't had to do that for a long time!

sorry I tried to reply earlier but my reply needed to be moderated before being made visible? Don't remember having to do that the previous time...

Anyway, badminton will be on every Monday this month until further notice. As for going over 9.10, we generally don't but will make provisions for any games that are currently still in play. Sorry I wasn't able to reply sooner, but hopefully see you and your friends next week :)

Anyway sorry, but badminton will not be on next week due to a mix-up by Enfield High School with our hall booking.

Badminton will resume as normal 12 January 2009 (week after next) same time & place - every monday, 7.10 - 9.10 PM, Enfield High School, Gepps Cross

We're not crowded at all and if anything need more players to come so please feel free to bring friends/playing partners :)

Can I know the actual address for the enfield high school gym? I had check on the google map but I'm not sure that is it. I going to go there by public transport so i better be sure about that.

our club has now (temporarily) relocated to Windsor Gardens Vocational College (McKay Avenue, Windsor Gardens). Time (Mondays, 7-9pm) and cost ($4) remains unchanged.
