As expected, both Ari Yuli Wahyu Hartanto and Dionysius Hayom Rumbaka have no problems in clearing the first round. Tantowi Akhmad/Shendy Puspa Irawati also progresses.

It's a good result for Wifqi Windarto/Afiat Yuris Wirawan, as they now will challenge the home pair Bang Duc Bui/Manh Dang Tao. Both Fran Kurniawan/Rendra Wijaya and Fernando Kurniawan/Lingga Lie also should have no problem progressing to QF.

The only upset is from Maria Febe Kusumastuti as she lost to the TPE player in 3-sets :mad: Rosaria Yusfin Pungkasari progresses and she has a chance to go further as Porntip withdraws.
