okayyyy heres a banner which i have been put in charge of for my club. what do you guys think?

and here are 2 versions of the logo.... the only difference is the slogan..... feedback would be nice

1) Don't use the plastic-wrap filter
2) Don't use (too many) filters/effects, they ruin the image.
3) On the first sig, the image colours are inverted.. this is a no no.
I would personally go for the 2nd logo.. but I'll recommend you to enlarge the club title and not use any filters or layer effects.. also, fill the text with something more appearing to the eye, lets say.. the colour RED.

hmmm ic... i'm re-doing the logo completly now... had some other better ideas... will post them when thats finished... but yer could you help out with the sig? :)

Well just.. don't make them too complicated with multiple effects/filters on every little detail. The first one without the solarize effect would've also looked better.

Agreed. An artwork don't necessarily needs every possible effect to look good. Sometimes simple is better.
