I got more toned & stronger legs now and very happy about that.
I m the kind if dont exercise will turn skinny.. i guess high metabolism.
I nearly stop exercising bout 3 years ago. Cant say badminton will turn you muscular.
But definitely much stronger legs.

My favourite Fan Shu is actually from Lou Fu Zi comic..

yeah, stadium / community infrastructure slots are not easy to get. in fact before places like new vision etc opened up, it was hard to get places like taman megah even.

3 courts provided at least 15 people confirm attendance. if it's 2 courts there will be too much non playing time; some people would have warmed down and this poses an injury risk.

Actually, I tried out Dunlop last month (my friend bought it) and its a good and durable shuttle I would say, and the price is like RM35 per tube only. Bought it at KLCC.
