Great battle between 2 young pairs, the more powerful Indonesian girls beat the more tactically adept Malaysians in 3 games.

Luluk/Candra seem to be doing well too as they lead 11-9 at the interval of the second set, having taken the first set 21-13 comfortably.

Luluk Hadiyanto/Candra Wijaya record their second consecutive victories as a pair by beating Gan Teik Chai/Tan Bin Shen 21-13, 21-11 in only 24 mins. Quite a comfortably victory I should say and Luluk played a big role I suppose, with 14 net winners vd 4 for the MAS pair.
