I saw that! She basically wiped after every point, sometimes one side sometimes both sides.

If we sum up the total points, it's 38+36+37=111 times!! Interesting!!

It will be interesting to see if this habit has developed since her recovery from her achilles injury. I know many people who've gone through serious leg (eg. ankle, achilles, knee) injuries tend to be very cautious when they come back because they don't want a repeat of 'slipping'. Anybody got old videos of Tine before THAT injury? Did she wipe her shoes often then?

With that Achilles Injury in the past might got her Supertitious. She might consider Mid Rise badminton shoes like that of Mizuno's. Either she prefer Cleaner Soul/Sole rather than dirty hands!:rolleyes:

I left for QF from Johor at noon.....and since then, i dont have a chance to access to this forum......and i didnt know there was a gathering being planned..............and i have to send my friend back after QF finished.......and check in hotel....around 11pm......so i have to rush.....Sorry to all Bcers.....:o:o...pai seh...pai seh....:o:o

But I really enjoy the trip.....

I think throwing shoes has the opposite effect - your luck runs out. And so it did for this guy.:D

She does that for 2 reasons. One is to add grip to her shoe.. 2nd is to wipe away the sweat fro her palm.
