Anyone ever tried the Ashaway Lifesaber 10. Haven't tried it, but heard of it. It's actually the Yonex ArcSaber 10 clone by Ashaway so they say. It's quite cheap but I'm wondering how similar is it to ARC10. Need a hand here, please post your comments. thanks

LifeSaber? Never heard of it - sure you don't mean Ashaway ArchBlade?

Sketchy - have you come across these (i.e. are they your pics)?

If so where about?

Cheers

Nope. Just searched on google and that's what came up.
There's also an ArchBlade 10(?) which I think is meant to be a clone of the ArcSaber 7.
No idea if they're legit.

OMG... so the LifeSaber I saw was a fake? but the one using it was the authorized dealer of ashaway in our country. Could it be an asian version? How much is this ArchBlade BTW.

If anyone knows where these can be bought I'd be very interested in finding out.

Well, this guy said he paid $75 in Singapore:

Anyone from Singapore able to confirm if Gala Sports in Queensway Shopping Centre is a reputable dealer?

Maybe they changed the name - either this is newer/older, or the name change is regional?
I really don't know - you made me curious, so I googled it. I've never actually seen the racket.

I guess you could always try contacting Ashaway - details are bound to be on their uk website. They should be able to clear the whole thing up.

According to above link..

it is called arcblade 80 (AS 10 clone) and arcblade 70 (AS 7).. also sold at the Ashaway Distributor at Ubi.. refer to pg 1 of tt thread for address..

as for the price of 75 at Gala sports.. seems decent with the racket, string, grip n bag..

i've had no problems with gala sports so far, bought my previous 2 rackets from there, and strung my rackets there countless of times. Stringing of rackets quite efficient too:)

If Gala doesn't have it or ran out of stock, other shops in Queensway will have it.

I really want to get my hands on one of these rackets, but this seems to be the only place that sells them.

Ultimately I'm hoping someone local can buy & post the racket to me.. for handsome compensation :)
