In the MS, Taufiq Hidayat Akbar will have an interesting clash against Tan Chun Seang.

In the MD, Flandy Limpele/Halim Heryanto Ho should be able to beat William Milroy/Toby Ng for a place in the last 16. They might even progress to the QF. The 2005 WC Tony Gunawan/Howard Bach will have a hard match against Guo Zhendong/Xu Chen.

In the XD, Flandy Limpele/Anastasia Ruskikh will challenge the third-seed David Lindley/Suzanne Rayappan.

as for LDR.......well he was just started to show result in MO 09.......so there is still hope .......

It's good to see the INA veterans progressing. Flandy Limpele/Halim Heryanto Ho might well beat the top seed ENG pair today; while Tony Gunawan/Howard Bach also did well to beat the Chinese pair. They are not World Champions for nothing :rolleyes:

our malaysian back up players did not fare well in this tournament. Looks like the coaches have to do something to revamp their training programme. The juniors from other country fare better.

I think Rashid and Teh Seu Bock must concentrate more on developing speed, agility and find new technique to overcome each players shortfall. These players are talented grp if no concrete plans comes out there is no way we can move from here.

Maybe they should look at some of Li Mao programme.
