5. In average how many tournament do you play every year?
and do you think is enough high level badminton tournaments in the world right now?
I play round 10-12 tournaments a year, but I think there has to be more high level tournaments in the world!! A suggestion would be to create the superseries, but I donīt itīs very near at hand!!

Jonas,
how do you handle the time difference (jetlag) when travelling to far away countries? does the time difference affect your play?
Yes, it affects my play a lot!! When we get here we go training the same to sweat some of it out!! We also try to stay awake until the local bedtime, but that is often very difficult!
Otherwise, for me it disappears after a couple of days out here and I don`t have trouble sleeping, normally.
Do you have any advice?? Maybe I can use it!!!

1) melatonin - not sure about the scientific basis for such a remedy
2) have an all night party before you set off
3) drink lots of alcohol at the right time
4) xxxx - *censored*
Two days is quite OK for recovery. It takes a doctor two days to recover properly from working continuously overnight.
