What channel (freeview or cable) covers All England, Sudirman Cup and Indonesia Open?

All England - Sky normally have full coverage from Quarter Finals onwards. Normally Sky Sports 2/3

Sudirman Cup - Not sure, maybe sky, maybe eurosport or Setanta
