Between the 2 finalists, I think we have better bet to see KKK and TBH winning the title they last won 2 years ago... They were quite impressive from what I saw at 4 am just now, though my eyes were already groggy...

Meanwhile LCW just couldnt kill it off even though holding a few match point in the 2nd set, and have to play an unnecessary rubber set.

In Doubles, it's usually better to play attacking than to defending.

I can see that KKK/TBH can be faster and more furious than MB/CM. So, let's hope that KKK/TBH will play aggressively. Fast finish in 2 games. :):):)

Zheng Bo/Ma Jin vs Lee Yong Dae/Lee Hyo Jung [2] -- despite PAWing for Zheng/Ma, I still think that Lee/Lee can win this one.

Women's Singles
Jiang Yanjiao vs Wang Yihan -- the AE champs to win two titles in a row.

Men's Singles
Lee Chong Wei [1] vs Lin Dan [2] -- before anybody flames me for predicting Lin Dan to win, I personally hope that LCW can win this one. However, unless LCW pulls off his best game and plays without pressure, I can't see Lin Dan losing this one. But well, miracles do happen when ppl least expect it.

Women's Doubles
Du Jing/Yu Yang [4] vs Lee Kyung Won/Lee Hyo Jung [3] -- the CHN tomboys to take this one after missing out on the AE title yet again last week.

Men's Doubles
Mathias Boe/Carsten Mogensen [3] vs Koo Kien Keat/Tan Boon Heong [2] -- the Boleh fans would very much want Koo/Tan to win their first SS title in more than 1 year. However, Boe/Mogensen are also in good form to win their second SS titles in 2 mths. Besides, the Danes have beaten Koo/Tan last week. A 50-50 match and I am undecided as to who I think will take the match.

For the record, Mathias Boe/Carsten Mogensen have been beaten ONLY ONCE this year, to Fu Haifeng/Cai Yun in the AE SF last week. W-L record: 15-1 (including the KOR SS, Danish Masters, and European Mixed Team Championships where they had perfect record and won those events).

Meanwhile, Koo Kien Keat/Tan Boon Heong lost TWICE: once to Boe/Mogensen themselves last week, and the other one was to Jung Jae Sung/Lee Yong Dae in the MAS SS QF. W-L record: 8-2

KKK/TBH to me, they are not that stable at this moment as they could wins this one and lost that later, so unless they could convinced me with some results.......:cool: although I m positive they can do it...!

As for LCW, he is a fighter, with never give up attitude and i like that but at this moment I dont think its a right time for him to beat LD.....not just yet.........

CHN XD pairs like Xie/Zhang and Zheng/Ma seem to have the upper-hands over the Olympic Champions in the past few encounters (HKG SS and the 3 European events in Mar).

Fortunately for the KOR pair, this does not include CHN's top XD pair He Hanbin/Yu Yang, who's also plagued by their own inconsistencies despite winning the AE title last week.

Quick takes on my opinion of how LCW is to win vs. LD:
1. Must be sharper than LD at the net
2. Drives or clears must be quick and fast
3. And last, don't be a "nice guy". Well, he can be a "nice guy" off court, but he must control/dictate the tempo from the start.

I think LCW needs to maintain his aggressive stance which can win him quick pts. If he's drawn to rallies, there's a tendency that it will be him rather than Lin Dan that makes the unforced errors. Level now at 14-14.
