I personally think that only Christian Lin Thomsen can give big problems for Hayom in this tournament. If Hayom can beat Christian, then the title will most likely be his... ;)

Riichi Takeshita was lucky to win the past 2 matches. Yesterday, he saved 5 match pts when facing the second-seed. Today, he saved another 1 match pt when facing the seventh-seed.

Bandar will need to be careful and need to finish the match fast. Riichi is able to catch up, as shown in the past 2 matches too. Yesterday, he was trailing 11-16 in the rubber-set, and had 5 match pts against him. Today, he trailed 8-13 in the second set, yet able to win it 21-19. As I predicted, Dionysius Hayom Rumbaka wins his second title of the year (after bagging the Walikota Tarakan Cup earlier this year) by beating Bandar Sigit Pamungkas in 3-sets: 16-21, 21-14, 21-12. His ranking will now increase to the top 85.

I will think that Hayom will be one of the MS players that Djarum will send to the Vietnam International Challenge and Smiling Fish Thailand International Series.
