AFAIK, both JJS and PSH finished 4-week basic "real" military training and were newly positioned at Badminton Team of Korean Army Sports Squad. They will represent Korean Army Team for two years when they playing at intra-country tourneys. At the same time they will represent KOREA when they playing at international tourneys as they are all belong to national team of Korea.
In my thought, as they have just finished the military trainings in March, they couldn't get enough time to train for ABC; they are top-rankers so they are not supposed to participate in the international tourneys without sufficient preparation so they might have decided to skip this tourney for better performance in the next.
