Flex-noise from carbon shaft?

Just bought a Carlton Powerblade Tour and if I flex-test the shaft I can hear a fairly loud 'cracking' noise like the structure of the carbon is internally cracked. The noise comes from within the handle it seems. I even can hear the noise when I 'swing' with it. Mind you, this racket is brand new but I bought it with a huge discount. I doubt this noise is normal but just want to make sure. Thanks.

The handle, do you mean the grip?

Have a search about the 'clicking cone'. You just need to reglue the cone onto the wooden handle again, or maybe even tighten the screw in the handle.

Found the mentioned thread and red all of it but my problem is not a 'clicking' noise but rather a 'cracking' noise inside the grip (aka handle) like if the shaft would break if bend any further. Anyway, I prolly just ask for a replacement.
