The best competition to be seen here --- DENMARK v HONGKONG.
And though Chinese are supermen (and superwomen) in the game, I will still wait and see how they fare against Denmark, Indonesia and HK.....
According to Sina website, the format sequence has changed this year to :
Match 1 : Men's Doubles;
Match 2 : Women's Singles;
Match 3 : Men's Singles;
Macth 4 : Women's Doubles;
Match 5 : Mixed Doubles;
This, however, may not apply to Malaysia vs Korea if Lee Hyo Jung/Lee Yong Dae are involving more than single event.

Well, as a neutral observer, I hope MAS can beat KOR :) INA vs MAS in the SF will be a cracking match for sure....likewise, KOR vs CHN.
If KOR loses this XD, they will be put in great trouble given that Lee Chong Wei will probably win the next match. So, this rubber-set will be very crucial for both MAS and KOR.

I was expecting them to field the in-form pair of Kenta Kazuno/Kenichi Hayakawa, already WR16 right now. They should play against ENG and the important play-off match.
As for INA, they will want to save Nitya Krishinda/Greysia Polii for the must-win WD match against ENG tomorrow. The rest are all expected line-ups.

..Maria should've and could've wrapped it up in 2 games (she should've wrapped up the 1st game but her errors cost her the game)..On the other hand, Sayaka should've and could've wrapped up the 3rd game..IMO, Maria escaped this one..
Maria, living at the edge. she was trailing so much in the 3rd, game (12-17) that people starts to wonder if she pull it back. but she did, taking 9 points vs. Sato's 2 pts.
one has to wonder if Maria really had the calculations in her mind how much she has grinded Sato physically and mentally to achieve that feat. Sato was noticably more tired at the end and while she worked as hard as she did, Maria was mostly lucid on how each rally is playing out.

If KKK lost this one, he will be the one who lost 2 point for MAS in today's match against Kor...LYD will be the hero.......won 2 points for his team....
DUnno who is the one go & arrange XD play 1st, MD play 3rd match. WS could have played 3rd. KKK sure cannot outlast LYD(or rather Korea) on the stamina part, although KKK is supposed fittest Msia MD.

Under normal circumstances, XD will be played first with WD and MD played as the last 2 matches. But this year, they change it to MD first and XD last.
The arrangement of the KOR vs MAS match is certainly quite weird as they could have played MD WD WS MS XD.

WMC looks in a good form. On the contrary, I see HHY having been shrinking in recent tournaments... :)
For Malaysia to beat Korea, MD and the key which KKK/TBH failed to deliver. Surprisingly, Mew Cho won game 1 realtively easy and hope she can win WS and force match 5. I do think Malaysia WD can give a good fight to the Koreans, should be a close match.

It's okay really if Kido is still not 100% fit. As u said before, Hendra Setiawan can always partner with other players like Mohd Ahsan :) We have an abundance of smashers remember? ;)
I guess INA fans are also prepared for the split up of Kido/Hendra if Kido's injury takes a long time to heal. At least they have won the World Championships and the Beijing Olympics Gold Medals....unlike the dominating KOR pair who has right now only the All-England title ;) They will have a long wait (till the London Olympics 2012) before they can truly say they surpass Kido/Hendra's achievements ;) Be patient bro ;)
