He uses supergrap, no grip on cone, and wrapped backwards (sticky end used on top, no finishing tape used).

You are right. Just to add, he added a small layer of grip around the thickness of 1mmX1 cm wide around the bottom of the grip on the original grip of the racket before he wrap it with the overgrip.
