is there different between these 2?

what does practice racquet mean, and what game racquet mean? I saw this one guy mention from the other thread.

If we care so much about the game, shouldn't we have a set of racquets that are the same. Like 2 or 3 of them the same?
And same tension?

why would we have different one that the feel are just different then the GAME one. wouldn't it affect you in the game if you actually just practice with your PRACTICE RACQUET? And when the game comes you just play with the GAME RACQUET?

That was probably my thread.

It wasn't a practice racket - it was a training racket I was using.
This just helps me develope my strength etc...

After you change back to your normal racket you will find it easier , but will have to adjust timing of shots.

I use it for all the way through my club night unless playing against really good players where i'll change back.

Training rackets are heavy rackets (approx range maybe around 130g - 140g). They're proper rackets that look normal, but they're heavy. They're used in training for muscle / strength building.
