Found an interesting little article while browsing the net they're thinking of having an exhibition match sometimes in October pitting the couples against each other, with MS, WS and XD being played, would be very interesting if this happens!

yup, I found this match interesting too. I wish to watch the match between this two couples since many years ago. LYB wants to have this exhibition match, but not necessarily the Malaysian (LCW&WMC) will participate, will them? :D But, I hope LYB will invite TQ/SY to participate also, since they also couple :D

Speaking of Ge Fei and Gu Jun, I must say they were a legend of their time. I doubt any other badminton player(s), men, women, singles or doubles managed what they did. They were undefeated for 4 straight years of competition between the 96 and 2000 Olympics! In between that, Ge Fei also partnered Liu Yong and won the XD World Cup in 1997! :eek:

Another interesting bit about them was that they were supposedly paired as partners from the age of 9 ! yes, NINE !! :eek::eek::eek:
