Hi all. I think I'm going to Macau Open if I'm there in August. Any of you guys going? It would be nice to meet some of you badminton fanatics :D

as far as i know you dont need to get tickets early, coz its never full so i was told !

The Tap Seac venue is just about 10 minutes from the Ferry Terminal.
The Macau Venetian is not nearby... it's at the other end of the sea-bridge.

If i'm not mistaking, Taufik won this tournament last year..Perhaps he will play it this year too ;)

I think Hau-ge is correct here... Taufik and other INA independents who are sponsored by Yonex will go... :cool: Maybe not the ones sponsored by non-Yonex...

I like Macau. Maybe I'll go there if I can spare the time.

trust me guys, macau is such a small island, just grab a cab and you will get there in no time and at a relatively little cost. and if you happen to find out when and where, you can also hop on the free shuttle bus that travels around the casino regions.

If that is the same venue as two years ago, it's easier and quicker to walk there than take a taxi.

The venue three years back definitely needs a taxi.
