..is that character somewhat related to Sanskrit or Hindi language??:confused:..Oldhand or other Indian BCers might know??..
I was thinking of last yr's OG in China where they had different chinese characters related to the different sporting events' symbol..

I believe the WC logo until 2006 was simply that figure.

I thought, since they used Chinese characters to symbolize the sporting events' icon/symbol in last yr's OG, they used the same approach here with a Sanskrit or Hindi language/character??..

Hah, the idea is similar to the WC's logo that was up til 2006..:p

I can read Sanskrit and Hindi and can say nothing is related in the logo as far as these 2 languages go
