If this is true, then it will be very ridiculous decision to withdraw at the eve of the tourney :mad: If no budget, why bother to register in the first place?

That happened to another tourney a while back right? Then now have to pay penalty fee, hmm, they didnt improve on planning after the last time :(

fulus: slang for money
tongpes: kantong kempes = flat pocket (not bulky with money inside), does it make sense?

Yeah right....another Rp22m wasted just because of cancellation fees. These money can be used to send the Pelatnas players to domestic tourneys and prepare them :o
