TC was in China. Now it's in Indonesia. I think the 2 pairs from South Asia will have slight advantage and revenge their losses in TC.

TC was in China. Now it's in Indonesia. I think the 2 pairs from South Asia will have slight advantage and revenge their losses in TC.
Wrong. TC08 was in Indonesia... so according to the idea above, the two pairs from Southeast Asia are going to get their butt kick again.
Depan 06-19-2009, 02:10 PM Was TC08 in CHN, not INA?

Krisna 06-19-2009, 02:21 PM Was TC08 in CHN, not INA?
No. TC 2008 was in Jakarta, INA. So many BC members were here [in Jakarta]...
Dreamzz 06-19-2009, 02:35 PM probably the top 4 MD of the season so far.
well, perhaps should include boe/mogensen.
ctjcad 06-19-2009, 04:25 PM ..will once and for all, at least for the time being, shut all arguments on which pair will be the favorite come the World Championships in abt 2 months...
And I can already feel all the trash talks coming from the winning pairs' fans once both matches are dusted..:p;)
TranslatorGuy 06-19-2009, 05:03 PM TC was in China. Now it's in Indonesia. I think the 2 pairs from South Asia will have slight advantage and revenge their losses in TC.
You were thinking of sudirman? :p
jasonmarc 06-19-2009, 07:32 PM I most worry about KKK/TBH....have to play CY/FHF who they lost in Sudirman Cup,...and have to deal with the 'Boooooing' from the crowd............Its hard for them....
badadum 06-19-2009, 07:41 PM I most worry about KKK/TBH....have to play CY/FHF who they lost in Sudirman Cup,...and have to deal with the 'Boooooing' from the crowd............Its hard for them....
If they can't stand a hostile crowd might as well stay in home.... senayan probably have the most hostile crowd...the best place to test one's mentle ;)
badMania 06-19-2009, 07:41 PM On current form, Fu/Cai and Jung/Lee have the edge and if these 2 pairs meet in the Final, then Fu/Cai might probably pick up another INA SS title. Even if Kido/Hendra happen to beat Jung/Lee today, they might have a problem against the new-look Fu/Cai whom they have not faced since the Beijing Olympics Final
I have to say that Zhang Jun has done a good job in terms of revitalising the CHN pair into winning major titles again, despite their disappointment for the majority of last year. They won the AE 2009 and then the Sudirman Cup yet again when everyone thought that Cai Yun would have retired at the end of last year.
sysoh 06-19-2009, 07:58 PM Wow! This is MD version of 4 heavenly king. If the air ticket is not sold out, I wouldn't come back from Jakarta yesterday. Sigh! Really lucky for Indonesian fan to have great MS and MD matches. For Aviva SO, I went to the stadium to witness the heart-breaking exit of LCW and stop watching SO anymore. I hope next year SO will have a better field.
extremenanopowe 06-19-2009, 08:53 PM This is a very good semi. TH and SK is a bit sad.
I think the organiser should put interesting games on TV. Not many would like to see mx and ld. So they can mix and match the best events to attract more viewers. ;) Anyone knows any BWF or TV people? It's time to be more dynamic and let the people see what they wanted. The technology is already there. Just have to swap the player schedule thats all. ;) I have seeing those or listening to excuses like... oh.. its like that.. boss said so... can't do much... up them la.. right george? ;)
LD and the top guns will be SO next year for sure. They want to visit the IR. ;)
eddytkwee 06-19-2009, 09:35 PM wonderful!! too bad i can't watch it... :(

Yes,...they seems stronger with ZJ now....:)
apu4life 06-19-2009, 10:51 PM I predict INA vs CHN in finals, but MAS BETTER surprise me...
INA to win
abedeng 06-20-2009, 12:05 AM I won't predict anything. The standards are too close and high, and no one pair has a clear advantage.
It is all about concentration.
I think KOREA will win this SS, from the last performance KInDRA is lost to them in TO2008 in jakarta, right in Istora also.
for Cai/Fu Vs KKK/TBH 55:45 for Cai/FU, they play very well in Sudirman, and also so far.
1 note for KInDra if they still play like 2nd round, they will be defeated easily by KOREAN, they try new formation, but its still not working, and they back to the old formation (Hendra in front of Net and Kido as smasher) in the 3rd set after interval 6-11 for Singapore, and also so many unforced errors and the rotation of each player also still not good. hopefully they already know this and can decide the strategy againts this pair, and I still hope see them in Final :)
JIA YOU!!!!!! KInDRA!!!
Krisna 06-20-2009, 02:06 AM I heard that the KKK-TBH vs. CY-FHF match will be moved to the 2nd match at the TV court... So it will start around 5:40pm Jakarta time... I think the INA crowd will side with CY-FHF this time. Especially those FHF female-fans... ;)

wow, are you sure about it?? but according to tournamentsoftware schedule, kkk/tbh will be playing on the 5th match on the tv court.
george@chongwei 06-20-2009, 03:25 AM I most worry about KKK/TBH....have to play CY/FHF who they lost in Sudirman Cup,...and have to deal with the 'Boooooing' from the crowd............Its hard for them....
dont worry jason, the more they boo.. the more they will BOOST kkk/tbh spirit to play with their whole heart and soul:D
Megatop 06-20-2009, 03:58 AM Lee Yong Dae might be tired after his XD match. I fancy Kido/Setiawan to take it, plus the home crowd factor.

I wonder who the crowd will support later?? kido/setiawan or lee/jung?:D
