It wasn't luck. When fatigue started to show in G3, the small crowd behind him provided timely support to energise him. But you are right. Fitness is his problem. I thought Zulfadli Z showed better potential. Hopefully he can defeat LTS by outlasting his senior.

I agree and that's becos Pei Weu Chung is a "hobby player" he loves his badminton, his family may be his sponsor. CL is a professional player, if he does not play well, that's Gong Wei Z, Li Yu, Du Pengyu and heaps of thers young dragons

Its looks like alot have to bedone by Rashid and his coaches before any positive results can be seen.

Yesterday after the matches ended, there are lots of dejected and frustrated faces and its was a horrible realisation that most of them are not getting anywhere. Wei Fong lost to our Former Malaysian Hero Wong Choong Han,Darren Lost to the Chinese, Arif Lost.

Lets hope that Hendrawan are able to do much more when he takes over.

Wong Mew Choo was steady while Lydia Cheah nearly choked on Pressure.
Lydia needs more attention before she could be someone. Saina was also under tremendous pressure yesterday but she cope better with experience.

The ladies match of the day was between Wang Shixian vs Hirose.
Wang Shixian displayed a world class skills and ball control and Hirose have no answer. Wang Shixian will be the player to watch.

As for BJSS, Iskandar shows his potential but like Arif he needs a good coach once he is in the backup. Zulfadli needs another 2 years for a good results.
As for girls- Li Lian qualify for main draw but could not capitalise on a good draw against the Spore Junior. As for Sonia it is just unfortunate she has Wang Shixian in the Qualifying round. She tries her best but Wang Shixian skills and experience are too good for her. Give Li Lian and Sonia two years then we will know.

Thats mean Lydia is much weaker than i imagined she was.........so she must rank even lower than sapsiree, porntip, ....not to mention Ratchanok.....

Lydia is just falling behine, far away behine..........if she still unable to compete with thai young batch of player..........Lydia need to buck up,...a change is urgently required......she cant kept repeating the failures, not showing improvement and falling behine.

I agreed that Lydia have fall back. She was impressive duing her junior years when she is under Sun Chengua but when she was elevated to the Back Up she seems to fall back.

Maybe a change will be what she needs. Maybe if Hendrawan could do something for her like what he did for Pia and Maria Kristen. That is if BAM willingto give her a chance to train with the boys again.

She needs time just like all Malaysian Player most of them have results around 22years old. Mew Choo and Julia managed to show improvement and results around 22year old.

I hope that tonight she shown better performance.
