Jonas,
I recently got back the 'feel good' factor in my badminton.
So I was playing a singles match and counter acting the opponent quite adequately.
One time I went for a jump smash. My footwork was OK.
My left quadricep starting hurting. The next day, I could hardly walk the stairs. In fact I could hardly walk at all. It's now taken nearly over a week before the injury is nearly healed.
I never do weight trainig on my legs because my legs are already rather large just from badminton. Did the lack of weight training contribute to my injury?
I was playing an ex HK youth squad member, so the standard was already a good amateur level (though in Denmark 'good amatuer' might be even better!)
