I use the 72 right now, and they serve my purposes well. They don't slip at all, quite comfy, and I like the design. I don't know about all that Powerclaw and Ergoshape mumbo jumbo, I just know it works. It's lasted for about 6 months so far, which is impressive, considering when I used to play basketball, I went through a pair of shoes every 3 month season.

Whether the 101 LTD is a better bargain, I don't know.

My friend used a Wilson EB9 i think, and it was slipping in 2 or 3 months, and so he decided to buy the SHB-200s off a recommendation from another friend saying that the top of the lines are worth it in the end because they last for years and years. So I guess it depends how hard you are on your shoes. If you use and abuse them, you might want to go with the higher end one for durability value.

But like I said before, my SHB 72 have not shown much wear after 6 months of use (3 days a week, 3-4 hour sessions). Though I do clean them with a toothbrush after each session.
