Different regions have different rules. But I believe in Scotland there is no limit to the amount of coffee.....as long as it has whisky in it.

Now somebody answer his question seriously please.;)

Caffeine is off the list since long. No matter what sport you are doing. The reasons are that you get very limited positive effect and its not harmful for your body in normal effective doze. If you use more it will not give any positive effects, quite the oposite.

You DO get an advantage in cardio based sports if used wisely. My experience is that it will give you a good kick in the end of a marathon. Other than that, id say you are just as well without it. I e I've never lost a badminton game because i didn't use caffeine.

That's my 2 cents

Perhaps its just me, but i find it gives me an edge, confidence and a belief. Caffeine helps me play my best, all i have is an expressro before a harder session.

My cousin took some lessons from a Guangdong provincial player. Apparently the more he smoked, the better he played and the more alert he became...

Personally, I hate drinking coffee or any kind of energy drink. They make me so sluggish. I prefer Up and Go. Argggg.....I love that drink :D
