the string protector im refering here is a tools to protect the frame..to prevent the graphite from sinking..i duno wat ur "case" refer to..i clearify the string protector is a small piece of plastic that v put under the grommet and it will provide a layer of protection to the area within grommet..m i clear enough here..?not refering to any case here..do any1 no where to get them..?they usually sell in packets..a lot in 1 packet..

there are some avaiable on mybadmintonstore. but do remember these will change the balance. and quick silver not everyone is proficient in english language as us.
If he is typing like this intentionally, it's inappropriate, otherwise that is ok since English is most likely not his first language.

It makes sense, but no it's not clear enough.
You could try using bits of leather, or cut up rubber bands.
