I think the feathers in the Indonesian attire represents the garuda and of course the stripes for Malaysia is the tiger.

Well, the malaysia jersey color is quite nice. But i do agree with some said before, the tiger stripes is already outdate, should our Majlis Sukan Negara came out with a new design on national team sport suit. Since DOHA 2006 until Olympic 2008, whole national ai wearing the yellow & black tiger stripe outfit.

I'm from Msia...I have been to Puchong & Pertama Complex yet I cant find the new 2009/2010 collection. Only Tru Vapor & Tru Breeze collection(which are not team wear or those famous design worn by players) available in Msia sport shops. Is there anyplace i can get those shirts. I don't think these range of clothing will be part of the normal Yonex Vol. series. They will be a separate line of clothing similar to the Taufik Hidayat Line (THL).

So far haven't seen them on sale yet in Singapore but likely should be out in Dec or next year.

I can't think of any animal that associates with Malaysia more besides the tiger is a magnificent animal. Other prominent animals/birds species indigenous to Malaysia are the Sarawak hornbill or the orang-utan. Maybe the designers in future may consider incorporating them in the Malaysian attire ;).

kinda like the printing quality. at least better than those made during the 2010 Malaysia open, i found those characters were too slim. i personally prefer to have those characters to print as exactly as the size of those national team jersey. Just like what we saw on those original football jersey, which an exact size of character is chargeable.

Nice stamp & equivalent to players. Thats the tru quality of stamping. i thinks its same quality as those printed in Pertama complex = RM2 per letter.

As for those RM9 stamp at BKT Jalil Thomas Cup, they purposely smaller the font & logo mould so that they can save more ink liquid (which are quite costly)
As i compare to 2008 stamp (RM7), its slightly bigger & wider. from 2009(RM8), they begin shrink the size & yet increase RM1 by every new year. 2010(RM9) :mad:. I think by 2011, the stamp price will go up to RM10 citing reason more demand & to cover the loss sales of KOREA YY & CHINA YY stamp. & sometime after few washes, the colour faded slightly.

When ask to stamp white MSIA on sleeveless blue/white TC team wear, they wrongly stamp in black MSIA
That's it, i stop stamping & boycott them from now on.

The Malaysian jerseys are probably snapped up in the whole of Malaysia now. My understanding is the Sunrise version were only available in Malaysia and only unsold excess stocks will be brought to Singapore. It seems that is highly unlikely now.

Yonex have ran out of ideas, the Indonesian teamwear, is usually nice looking, and the Japan teamwear is also usually quite nice, but it is quite clear, that Yonex forget about the Malaysian shirt designs, until the last minute, where the only colours they have left, aren't meant to go together, and the only teamwear designer on duty, is a trainee. Therefore the design and colours just don't work, and it looks rushed. It's the same with the AT900LCW, the Arc10PG and the ArcZS look like they have spent a lot of time designing them, and then it looks like they have just forgot about LCW, and put some random colours out onto the frame.

Maybe it's just me... We are all entitled to our own opinion :)

I supppose this would be an appropraite thread since these were worn by many of the national teams recently at the European Mixed Team Championships (lime by Lithuania :cool:, red by Poland, black/red by Germany, white/blue by Scotland & Estonia(iirc), blue/white by Czech Republic, black/lime by Hungary)

There are some nice JP designs shirts from the Yonex (JSTA) Japan Soft Tennis Association range which are not available in SP. Probably Sunrise could take a few designs from this range in their future collection.
