Pros/Cons of 15 Points and 21 points

What are the pros/cons of these 2 kinds of play?

I personally prefer the old 15 points system because I feel it is more of a test of skill and endurance for all players. Making it more challenging.

The 21 points rally system is faster but doesn't test the endurance or skills as much.

What do you think?
