Hey dear friends, after attempted plenty of sessions I found out that there are quite an amount of people looking for single games.

I am looking for people who want to play single regularly, willing to travel / live within
PJ (North)
Puchong(South)
Sri Petaling (East)
USJ (West)
these zones, which form 10km radius area. About the time, we temporary aim to play at weekend morning (no traffic problem).

Seeking courts in Sri Petaling is something that I am headache about. PJ(North) has New Vision, Challenger, Ara etc. Puchong(South) has MBA and some in Kinrara region, USJ(West) has plenty of them in different zones as well as Sunway 3K.

So far I know there is only the Sri Petaling Community hall which is always fully booked...:o Does anyone knows if there is other halls in the east of this 10km radius area? :confused:

Yo! Wilkin count me in if it is in morning weekend (Sat or Sun) prefer location around USJ, PJ or Shah Alam.

There is one rubber court in Shah Alam Just near the federal highway near UiTM Section 7, inside Bintang Supermarket..think the rates will be around RM10-12/hours.

I play double mostly but interested to improve on my footwork in single.

Before continue, I just want to thank you for that piece of information above.:)

This time I want to communicate with you guys the reason why I set this thread.
1. Single player is lesser than double; reason??:confused:--> cost (pay double), stamina (run full court too tired?) and excitement (shuttle too slow?).

2. Long traveling time:Takes too much time to travel from your house to the court? Lets say 15mins drive from your house to court for 2-hour session, you end up spending almost 3 hours. I think this may be one of the reasons why people say NO when you invite them.

I looked at the google map and I actually found that
PJ - Puchong --> LDP
S Petaling - USJ --> KESAS
PJ - Sri Petaling --> Federal Highway + other highway
The conclusion is that there are a few highways go through this region + weekend morning (almost everyone is sleeping), just 10+ mins drive from north to south; east to west (I tested). :rolleyes:

I value my time and I do not like to jam all the way to the court (do you guys sometime have the same thought?:rolleyes:). That is one of the reasons why I do not attempt night sessions very often.:p

Yeoh, please do not take this personal as many people considered Cheras as traffic problem region.

Anyway, I found that ARA COURT is having promotion at the entire October just for BC member.

Hey guys, I found that many people from Shah Alam/USJ/Puchong replied to this thread. So, I decided to choose TwinSports which is somewhere between Puchong and USJ. :rolleyes:

About the time, I can only pick Sunday morning where most people do not have appointment or something important to do. :o Please let me know if there is any Christian who attempt church in the morning, so I can do something for the next weekend. ;)

Not necessary minimum of 3 players to form a session, I can play 1 or 2 hours straight with you if you want to have a one-on-one session. :D

Finally, I will update the details such as exact map location (do not want you guys to get lost :p ), cost etc at tomorrow. Almost forgot to tell you, this is a rubber court with good lighting (side;not top).

I just confirmed the location on map and others. There will only be some kids (coached) or family during Sunday morning. So we assume there will be plenty of courts left where we can increase time or court whenever we want. Of course min 1 hour playing :D

To those who are just started playing single, beginner, and people who do not sure how strong you are: just join and see how good you are, you might amaze on your performance :eek::eek::eek: and love single so much :D.

I plan to make it 3 people share 1 court basis, so you get to play 2 games straight and rest 1 round for 2 hours.

Hmm... including you there will be 7 people (at the moment) share 2 courts. So it means 3 or 4 people share 1 court, you can choose to play 1 rest 1 or play 2 rest 1. At least not play 1 rest 2 :mad:, I had this experience and I needed to warm up before all games :o. After the session, I did not feel tired at all....

I was just wondering if this week session on or not :D

I think I did mentioned REGULARLY in the first message :D.

By the way, I received some messages that stated "in USJ only?" (I do not want to mention who). Anyway, I went to challenger PJ and NewVision but challenger open at 10am which is at peak hour and there are only 15 rubber courts. I was trying to deal with new vision but there seem to be full.

Currently I am looking for options in Puchong and Sri Petaling but I did not get any info. So far I know Puchong has MBA (RM25,parquet) and RakanMuda (no info); Sri Petaling has the community hall (full).

Please let me know if you know any rubber-court hall besides challengerPJ, NewVision, TwinSports, thanks.

Yo i just came back from my studies in Sabah. I am very into Singles, in fact i wanted to start a thread like this.

If there are any sessions, you can count me in automatically. I am good for all night sessions Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, anytime on Saturday and noon onwards on Sunday. I'm good around PJ area or even Sri Petaling. I stay in OUG

Bring it on!! For my level of play, i can give some state players a good fight when i'm at my hardcore best. I'm looking for strong players to spar and improve my game. So if you are organizing any Singles sessions I would be very interested to join. :)
