morning buddies, 7:30 here now, thanks for keeping the 23rd LOL:D
yeah, keep on cheering up the lonely knight!
Marc, go go go! take your first chinese victim and keep on surprising!:D
Nathan, please take Jenny to next round as well!
Kidawan - don't follow fuzzy pair!
Saina: take the right shoes and socks and don't fool around, harder work waiting tomorrow LOL:p
See you all later! gotta work first:rolleyes:
george@chongwei 10-23-2009, 12:38 AM so tonight is friday night..badminton night!:p
vpsingh 10-23-2009, 12:39 AM Greetings fellow citizens.
Today both IND MS play against INA MS. So I can cheer Indians hard - Go Chetan, Go Guru!!!!!
Sorry my Indonesian friends, no cheering for you in MS section, but you already know the results of these match and should not have anything to complain about. :D:D:D
Only hope for India left is Saina (who is getting unpredictable already:mad:)
kuwichert 10-23-2009, 02:50 AM so tonight is friday night..badminton night!:p
night at 5 PM?:confused::confused: time for cake and coffee then:D:D
badMania 10-23-2009, 02:53 AM MS QF
Gurusaidutt R.M.V. [Q] vs Simon Santoso [5] -- I believe Gurusaidutt has the potential to rise up to top 20 in the next 2 years. Meanwhile, I think Simon should progress to another SS SF.
Chetan Anand [6] vs Sony Dwi Kuncoro [2] -- looking at the draw, there's no reason for Sony not to advance to the Final, facing possibly Peter Gade!
MD QF
Markis Kido/Hendra Setiawan [1] vs Guo Zhendong/Xu Chen [8] -- a tricky tie against CHN opponents as always. Hopefully, the top-seed can prevail!
WS QF
Adriyanti Firdasari [7] vs Tine Rasmussen [2] -- Firda cruised through the QF beating lesser opponents. I am still not sure she can beat Tine.
WD QF
Shizuka Matsuo/Mami Naito vs Meiliana Jauhari/Shendy Puspa Irawati [3] -- likewise, Mel/Shendy should progress to the SF where they are likely to be stopped by Suetsuna/Maeda yet again.
XD QF
Nova Widianto/Liliyana Natsir [1] vs Tao Jiaming/Zhang Yawen [7] -- Nova/Butet will face some resistance from the newly formed pair. But, they have no excuse not to win this one!
Devin Lahardi/Lita Nurlita [7] vs Joachim Fischer-Nielsen/Christinna Pedersen [2] -- the last time these 2 pairs met each-other in the Japan SS last mth, Devin/Lita were trounced badly in the 2nd and 3rd sets. It will mark a progress if Devin/Lita can win this one.
george@chongwei 10-23-2009, 02:56 AM night at 5 PM?:confused::confused: time for cake and coffee then:D:D

If Saina does not switch the outfit to ugly socks and shoes she's gonna get full support and should go to weekend sessions easily  A final match vs Tine would be great!:p
For the MS - folks, I hope for full support for the real underdog, the bravehearted lonely German knight needs some support in order to get his first Chinese scalp on his belt!:eek::eek: a final match Zwiebler - Gade would be great, for the underdog as well as for the home crowd LOL:D
Sorry for INA fans, but since Taufik is not there, MD and XD is enough for you, maybe only Kidawan will make it, if Nathan and Jenny get to the finals meeting Devil, not sure who to cheer there:confused::confused:
wide spreaded cheers INA, IND, ENG, GER - hope at least one of them's gonna do it, may be the lonely knight only LOL:D:D

Another interesting match will be two INA MS against two IND MS. Chetan Anand beat SKD once last year, while Gurusaidutt is a promising youngster.
SDK and SS better be careful.
Meanwhile, I'll just wait for the result in the morning hehehehe

I was impressed with superb comeback of Marc yesterday, so I'm on your side kuwichert :D
bradja23 10-23-2009, 03:52 AM Marc did a great comeback but was helped by some bad calls from the judge line. That took HH out of the match. And he seemed totally desperated, even leading 16-12...

did not see many bad calls, maybe one, but the point was that Mr Yoyo was fooling around straight from the beginning. When Marc took the speed out of the rallies, Yoyo simply joind that lazy gambling and suddendly he was surprised that he had to move also:D:D:D When he raised the speed in 3rd game Marc ran out of steam quickly and the lead was huge immediately. So it looked as he took it too easy. There is nothing he can blame on the linesmans:eek: Just the simple fault of arrogance by Mr. Yoyo - or by his coaches who did not tell him that even Germans can play badminton time by time quite well :eek:, not only Chinese immigrants like lady Hu can do that LOL:cool:
ups - just figured out I can't watch all the semies, have to go for my own tournament:eek: hope someone records from Astro and puts it on the net for me:confused::confused:

ups - just figured out I can't watch all the semies, have to go for my own tournament:eek: hope someone records from Astro and puts it on the net for me:confused::confused:
The judgeline is not responsible of course. :D
Just that Yoyo get frustrated by litigious point and then... forgot to play.
And I think Chen Long won't do the same mistake. Can't imagine an upset on this match.
But I hope Gurusaidutt can make it against Simon. He looks like a teenager but he must be in India team for next tournaments for sure.
simonlovers 10-23-2009, 04:43 AM Greetings fellow citizens.
Today both IND MS play against INA MS. So I can cheer Indians hard - Go Chetan, Go Guru!!!!!
Sorry my Indonesian friends, no cheering for you in MS section, but you already know the results of these match and should not have anything to complain about. :D:D:D
Only hope for India left is Saina (who is getting unpredictable already:mad:)
it's OK...
everyone can cheer for the player that he/she like...
Indonesia..Indonesia...
kuwichert 10-23-2009, 04:52 AM ups - web cam is gone now:mad::mad::mad:
hope I can see something on internet TV - but Chinese are not there, so I guess CCTV5 and other mainland channels will not be there:confused: I gonna check it, but hope the Malaysian friends will record for us from Astro.
If anybody knows where to watch it online, every hint is highly appreciated!
Even if our lonely German knight keeps on surprising us, no chance at all to see any of the matches on German TV :mad:
youngman 10-23-2009, 05:28 AM did not see many bad calls, maybe one, but the point was that Mr Yoyo was fooling around straight from the beginning.

Beg your pardon, what does CMIIW mean? But is Lady Hu (Xu Huaiwe) German? If she is, why is Kuwichert is saying "...even Germans can play badminton time by time quite well :eek:, not only Chinese immigrants like lady Hu can do that LOL:cool: "

CMIIW = Corret Me If I Wrong..
btw, from Wikipedia :
Xu has been one of the most successful of a number of Chinese-born female players who have emigrated from their badminton-rich homeland, in part, for a better opportunity to play in the world's biggest events

kuwichert 10-23-2009, 07:38 AM What do you imply by this  ? Is lady Hu not German  ?
Actually it was a spelling mistake, Lady Xu is correct  She's Chinese, but got German passport later on, guess she applied for that not only for getting a chance for big badminton events LOL:D:D:D even you'll not find such official statements, also Lady Pi will not do so, seems they signed a contract before they got permission from mainland officials, nobody (or everybody:confused::confused:)knows, and it doesn't matter.
Anyway, now she's retiered and is not on courts anymore. In the local team (in small town in south of Germany) Olga Konon replaced her, I can see her playing in Berlin in November, the only reason to watch it:cool:, even I'm in and from Berlin, hope that girl can beat Juliane Schenk (playing for Berlin team as well as CHW is doing), sometimes we have to cheer the cutier ones, not only the locals:eek:

yep, I gonna start already now since a short prayer seems not to be enough:eek:

folks, don't forget Marc on the lists!!!
I realize you are a desperate fan cheering for your local hero,
but do you really need to use such harsh phrase "first Chinese scalp"? What phrase will you use if the outcome is not what you expected?
Knight's head chopped off??

it's not a harsh phrase, it's just a figure of speach  , we're all sportsmen, and not doing what some guys did with native americans a couple of centuries ago:D
kuwichert 10-23-2009, 10:13 AM looks not bad, INA go!!!!
abedeng 10-23-2009, 10:14 AM Great initiative from Firda so far, Tine pushed out of position a few times.
abedeng 10-23-2009, 10:14 AM Lovely angled crosscourt from Firda with 4 pts advantage at the break.
kuwichert 10-23-2009, 10:15 AM NaVidia leading 10-7 great!
abedeng 10-23-2009, 10:16 AM Tine is off form, too many shots hitting the net.

kuwichert 10-23-2009, 10:22 AM are you from indonesia ???:confused::confused::confused:
no, but Indonesians brought me into that game and I simply love the country, specially the people there:cool: (not only the weather and blue warm water LOL:D)
parlebeau 10-23-2009, 10:22 AM firdasari...won first game and then trouble herself next two games
abedeng 10-23-2009, 10:23 AM Tine bringing down her heavy guns.
Firda forced to scurry for cover.
abedeng 10-23-2009, 10:24 AM Tine's rocket goes out of bounds, Firda back level.
abedeng 10-23-2009, 10:24 AM Firda forced to stay at backcourt and sends the shuttle wide.
abedeng 10-23-2009, 10:25 AM Firda forces the pace and Tine forced to return long.
abedeng 10-23-2009, 10:26 AM Great deceptive winner from Tine, Firda should lay off the long serve.
kuwichert 10-23-2009, 10:26 AM Nova and Lilyana - pls don't fool around! 9-5 down , time to get up in second game now!:D
abedeng 10-23-2009, 10:27 AM Firda too slow to move forward, sends the shuttle to net. Tine back in the game.
abedeng 10-23-2009, 10:28 AM Firda is trying too many low percentage shots, not working.
kuwichert 10-23-2009, 10:29 AM ohoh, 11- 8 down, WiNat in trouble
abedeng 10-23-2009, 10:29 AM Total turnaround of that 1st game as Firda forced to move left and right.

kuwichert 10-23-2009, 10:30 AM 10-13 , time to come back!!!!
abedeng 10-23-2009, 10:31 AM Good interception from Firda, countered by Tine with another deception in the next rally.
kuwichert 10-23-2009, 10:31 AM the veterans start safing power for the rubber game now???
whack_d_net 10-23-2009, 10:32 AM not yet abedeng...not yet...

It ain't over till it's officially over

abedeng 10-23-2009, 10:33 AM Lucky net cord for Tine.
abedeng 10-23-2009, 10:33 AM Tine back in full steam.
Beautiful placement from Firda.
abedeng 10-23-2009, 10:34 AM Tine intercepting the shots much earlier now to apply pressure.
abedeng 10-23-2009, 10:35 AM Signs of fatigue as Firda send a reply wide.
kuwichert 10-23-2009, 10:36 AM NoLil still alive 16-19, could avoid the rubber , INA gogogo
kuwichert 10-23-2009, 10:36 AM 17-19, just 4 more!
abedeng 10-23-2009, 10:36 AM Tine forces rubber and so far we have 2 uneven games. Totally different complexion in these 2 games.
kuwichert 10-23-2009, 10:37 AM now they need 5 LOL
kuwichert 10-23-2009, 10:38 AM ohoh, they need another 21 points now, maybe they only want to give Marc a little more time to warm up? :D:D:D
abedeng 10-23-2009, 10:38 AM Firda on the defensive but Tine fails to make a clean kill.
abedeng 10-23-2009, 10:39 AM Bad judgement from Tine has the shuttle lands within baseline.
abedeng 10-23-2009, 10:40 AM Firda returns to her best form, great crosscourt deception.
whack_d_net 10-23-2009, 10:40 AM Hope Firda and Nova/Lily can take the decider :)
kuwichert 10-23-2009, 10:40 AM NoLil down 2-4 , mymy, doesn't look good:eek:
abedeng 10-23-2009, 10:41 AM Easy halfcourt putaway from Tine, back in the lead.
abedeng 10-23-2009, 10:42 AM Firda's backhand lifts are way short.
abedeng 10-23-2009, 10:43 AM Firda trapped deep at her forehand corner.
kuwichert 10-23-2009, 10:43 AM 6-7 , NoLil go go go!! time to level the game now!
abedeng 10-23-2009, 10:44 AM Tine mishits her interception.
parlebeau 10-23-2009, 10:45 AM nova-lyliana is in trouble facing new pairing, now 8-8 equal in decider
abedeng 10-23-2009, 10:45 AM Tine with 4 pt lead, Firda sent the bird long.
kuwichert 10-23-2009, 10:45 AM yeah, 8 all now, first step is done:cool:
badMania 10-23-2009, 10:46 AM Firda will not win this game. Her stamina is always suspect in a match that last 3 sets.
Meanwhile, Nova/Butet are also in danger of losing to the newly formed CHN pair.
abedeng 10-23-2009, 10:46 AM SometimesFirda seems too lazy to hit the shuttle with adequate power, don't know why she hasn't changed.
kuwichert 10-23-2009, 10:47 AM they are 3 down, folks lets cheer the veterans, they need some support!:eek::eek:
abedeng 10-23-2009, 10:47 AM Firda's resistance is being broken, not patient enough to hit a clean kill.
abedeng 10-23-2009, 10:48 AM That last shot from Firda almost hit the lady umpire.
badMania 10-23-2009, 10:48 AM As expected, the gap widens for Tine Rasmussen. She will take this match very soon.
badMania 10-23-2009, 10:49 AM I don't think Nova/Butet will be able to win also as Tao Jiaming/Zhang Yawen look set to win the match!
abedeng 10-23-2009, 10:49 AM Great long rally and defence from Tine, Firda loses it when hitting the air.
kuwichert 10-23-2009, 10:49 AM Ohoh, looks like Kidawan and Devil are the left over INA hopes now :-(
badMania 10-23-2009, 10:51 AM It's really time to stop relying on Nova Widianto. Let's face it....Nova/Butet will not be able to compete with the younger hard-hitting pairs.
simonlovers 10-23-2009, 10:52 AM Ohoh, looks like Kidawan and Devil are the left over INA hopes now :-(
what ???
Devil ??
They have very bad record againts Joachim/Christina..
abedeng 10-23-2009, 10:52 AM Firda is much like Lydia Cheah, both have power but cannot last the distance and with suspect match temperament.
Pity.
badMania 10-23-2009, 10:53 AM what ???
Devil ??
They have very bad record againts Joachim/Christina..
LOL.....I don't even dare to put any hope on Devin/Lita. It will be good enough if they can steal a set off the second-seed.
kuwichert 10-23-2009, 10:53 AM ok folks, keep on cheering the underdogs, I need to grab some food for dinner before the knight's battle starts:eek:

It has been a lingering problem and apparently, nothing has improved so far.
badMania 10-23-2009, 10:54 AM Yet another sobering defeat for Nova/Butet and hopefully Richard Mainaky can fully understand that it's really time to split these 2 players. Nova is simply too unreliable right now.
abedeng 10-23-2009, 10:54 AM It's really time to stop relying on Nova Widianto. Let's face it....Nova/Butet will not be able to compete with the younger hard-hitting pairs.

so it's even much more needed to cheer them up!:eek::eek:
badMania 10-23-2009, 10:56 AM Then why did they pair them back together?
Nova has a contract till the end of the year. I guess that's why Richard still wants to use him and Butet together, while trying to find the best partner for Butet in a few tourneys (like the upcoming China SS, with Devin Lahardi).
kuwichert 10-23-2009, 10:57 AM Saina on court now, what's her outfit? Hopefully no ugly shoes or socks, hope she wears the winner's dress LOL
whack_d_net 10-23-2009, 10:59 AM Bye bye Firda and Nova/Lily :(

Too bad they crumbled in the 2nd and decider
Hope they get better luck next week in the French SS

Hope it'll be the good combo as RiBut pairings seems not working out quite well :)

badMania 10-23-2009, 11:15 AM Kido isn't able to jump too high but his smashes are very effective.
Apparently, due to Kido's lingering knee problem, Hendra Setiawan has become more all-rounded and I heard his smashes have become more lethal too....

What do u think of Kido/Hendra's performance at the moment?
abedeng 10-23-2009, 11:18 AM CHN pair dumbfounded with INA service return.
whack_d_net 10-23-2009, 11:20 AM MK/HS better finish this game quickly
And not fooling around, otherwise it may cost them the match
abedeng 10-23-2009, 11:21 AM What do u think of Kido/Hendra's performance at the moment?
Not much of a challenge, CHN pair has problems with clean returns at chest level.
HS is more all-rounded as you say, but some of his net sting is missing. Kido is all right despite the lack of elevation in his jump smashes.
etudiant 10-23-2009, 11:21 AM what hppnd to Saina..........
abedeng 10-23-2009, 11:21 AM Wild whack from Kido gives CHN the initiative.

Thanks for your comments. Always appreciated :)
I still think Kido/Hendra are not performing at their best yet. Like you said, Hendra's net shot is still way off his best, like during last year's run. Could be due to months of inactivity
abedeng 10-23-2009, 11:24 AM HS making quite a bit of net placement errors. He's usually excellent at this.
abedeng 10-23-2009, 11:25 AM INA is doing the right thing in the rallies but the last shots are missing their mark. Luckily they still get cheap pts from CHN.
abedeng 10-23-2009, 11:26 AM GZD bemused, looking at Kido's delicate drop.
badMania 10-23-2009, 11:26 AM HS making quite a bit of net placement errors. He's usually excellent at this.
That's why I say that the pair is still not at their best form yet. Sigit Pamungkas has earmarked them to hit their best form during the All-England 2010, which is also their top priority next year, apart from the Asian Games Individual Event Gold
abedeng 10-23-2009, 11:28 AM Kido is much better at the net than HS, maybe he should just stay there.
CHN misses a sitter with Kido scrambling.
ye333 10-23-2009, 11:28 AM So no one's caring about WD2010 anymore?

ye333 10-23-2009, 11:29 AM Great live commenting! Thanks!
Kido is much better at the net than HS, maybe he should just stay there.
CHN misses a sitter with Kido scrambling.
badMania 10-23-2009, 11:29 AM So no one's caring about WD2010 anymore?
Well, they have won it once anyway :) Let Koo/Tan have it.
abedeng 10-23-2009, 11:29 AM Good body attack towards XC's midriff.
abedeng 10-23-2009, 11:30 AM INA earn matchpoint with HS service return.
abedeng 10-23-2009, 11:31 AM HS's racquet handle broken in half and CHN force deuce
abedeng 10-23-2009, 11:32 AM Another shot to XC's midriff hands INA victory.

badMania 10-23-2009, 11:33 AM Markis Kido/Hendra Setiawan advance to the SF after beating Guo Zhendong/Xu Chen 21-17, 22-20. I will still think that the only pairs that can beat Kido/Hendra are Jung/Lee, Fu/Cai, and Koo/Tan.
ye333 10-23-2009, 11:33 AM How did he do it?:eek:
HS's racquet handle broken in half and CHN force deuce
abedeng 10-23-2009, 11:34 AM Scoreline might have looked close but INA was always controlling most of the rallies. Just a matter of applying better finishing touches.
whack_d_net 10-23-2009, 11:34 AM Yay! 21-17 22-20
ye333 10-23-2009, 11:34 AM If MK/HS really do not care, I guess it's either JJS/LYD or CY/FHF (3 times WC champion! :D:D )

Were Kido and Hendra comfortable in their new positions? How would you compare them to last year's Olympics and Europe form?

Fu Haifeng/Cai Yun have certainly owned the majors this year, winning their second All-England and World Championships titles! What a turnaround they have made, after the low of last year since the Olympics Final defeat. I think credit goes to Zhang Jun for revitalizing this pair!
I am interested in finding out how Kido/Hendra will fare against the "new-look" Fu/Cai.

Devin/Lita beat Joachim/Christina in CHinese taipei GP Gold 2008..
but after that..JOachim/Christina rise into top ten and Devin/Lita never beat them again..

badMania 10-23-2009, 11:44 AM I do hope that this year's bad luck in terms of injury and other problems affecting Kido/Hendra can actually spur them to greater heights for many major titles next year. It will be a busy 2010

abedeng 10-23-2009, 11:44 AM Were Kido and Hendra comfortable in their new positions? How would you compare them to last year's Olympics and Europe form?
Reasonably comfortable, but against last year's form, they are about at 60-65 per cent. HS surprisingly is a bit on and off. Kido needs to regain his speed and elevation but his shots are pretty sharp today.
That's always what happens when Chinese MD meet MK/HS... Cannot keep up with the pace.
Nah, not about lasting the pace, it's about the change of pace ..... Chinese MD don't like changes of pace.
abedeng 10-23-2009, 11:46 AM Excellent try from Devin crosscourt, shuttle just wide with Danes in disbelief.
abedeng 10-23-2009, 11:47 AM Devin thinking too much and the net kill misses the mark

As what I expect. It's kind of hard to expect Kido to return to his 2008 form. What we can hope for is no more injury setback
Against most other pairs, 60-65% might be enough. But against Jung/Lee, Fu/Cai and perhaps Koo/Tan, Kido/Hendra would just have to be faster and sharper.
abedeng 10-23-2009, 11:49 AM Good angles on the Danish defensive clears.

kuwichert 10-23-2009, 11:54 AM Sony, good work! Sorry for not supporting that much, but others need us much more
abedeng 10-23-2009, 11:55 AM Fischer works overtime to break INA's roll of pts.

abedeng 10-23-2009, 11:56 AM Lita caught unprepared on her backhand defence.
abedeng 10-23-2009, 11:57 AM This young INA pair has good initiative, Danes are digging deep.
badMania 10-23-2009, 11:58 AM Nova/Butet always find it awkward to play against Danish XD pairs  The gals are usually tall and Butet are at a disadvantage against either Kamilla Rytter-Juhl or Christinna Pedersen at the net  Meanwhile, the guys, although sometimes they have some lapses of concentration, Thomas Laybourn and Joachim Fischer-Nielsen can string in series of quick and deadly attacks that always bear fruit for the Danes.
abedeng 10-23-2009, 11:58 AM Danish pair working towards punishing Lita's poor defence.
kuwichert 10-23-2009, 11:59 AM looks like Nathan was waiting for me, I really can't take a dinner break?:confused:

They are not young anymore, especially Lita Nurlita
abedeng 10-23-2009, 12:00 PM Lita's defensive shot turns the rally around and INA back level.

kuwichert 10-23-2009, 12:01 PM 17 all , Devilllllllllll !!!!!!!!!!1

badMania 10-23-2009, 12:01 PM Is INA pair gonna beat Japanese cuties?:confused:
Mel/Shendy have beaten this back-up Japanese pair. However, even if they win today, they will get beaten by Suetsuna/Maeda tomorrow.
abedeng 10-23-2009, 12:02 PM Next rally gets critical as INA levels 19-19.
kuwichert 10-23-2009, 12:03 PM devil!!!!!! doesn't matter if it is 30-29 , just do it!
simonlovers 10-23-2009, 12:03 PM Mel/Shendy have beaten this back-up Japanese pair. However, even if they win today, they will get beaten by Suetsuna/Maeda tomorrow.
i think their head to head maeda/suetsuna vs shen/mei..4(or more) - 0,,,,
very bad record..
kuwichert 10-23-2009, 12:04 PM Nathan in rubber now, hope he makes it!
abedeng 10-23-2009, 12:04 PM Danes take the 1st game by turning defence into attack.
kuwichert 10-23-2009, 12:05 PM Devil needs a rubber now, can they stand tall for that? hope so
abedeng 10-23-2009, 12:05 PM Mel/Shendy have beaten this back-up Japanese pair. However, even if they win today, they will get beaten by Suetsuna/Maeda tomorrow.
All Mel/Shendy need is extra mobility ...... :D Otherwise they are pretty decent.
Maybe pair them both with more mobile partners?
kuwichert 10-23-2009, 12:06 PM ups, INA girls started quite well:eek:
whack_d_net 10-23-2009, 12:06 PM Ooops too bad for DeviL, it really close affair
Meanwhile Go Shendy/Meli :)
abedeng 10-23-2009, 12:07 PM Great wristwork from Fischer, and Devin falls.
kuwichert 10-23-2009, 12:08 PM Nathan!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't fool around!
abedeng 10-23-2009, 12:09 PM Good interception from Pedersen after Devin forced to make a backhand return.
kuwichert 10-23-2009, 12:10 PM Folks cheer up for Nathan and Jenny!! Much better entertainment than the opposites!:eek::eek::eek:
abedeng 10-23-2009, 12:10 PM Excellent deception on Pedersen's service return, Devin left stranded.
kuwichert 10-23-2009, 12:11 PM INA girls in front, great!
kuwichert 10-23-2009, 12:12 PM Nath, Nath, Nath!!!!!
abedeng 10-23-2009, 12:13 PM The courts are very close to each other, quite a number of times shuttles from other courts interrupt play.
Fischer does a between the legs shot but to no avail.
kuwichert 10-23-2009, 12:13 PM the girls on civil war?:confused: 12-12:eek:
abedeng 10-23-2009, 12:14 PM Devin mistimes his jump and Danes hold their own under pressure.
kuwichert 10-23-2009, 12:14 PM RobWall please wake up!
abedeng 10-23-2009, 12:16 PM Jap girls are ladylike, against the tomboys of Indonesia. Caught a glimpse of them on the other court.
kuwichert 10-23-2009, 12:16 PM RobWall 7-11, mymy, guys take a break and start it all over again, just like in second game!:eek:
abedeng 10-23-2009, 12:17 PM Fischer trades winners with wild shots.
But he gets one right to take a 3 pt advantage at the break
kuwichert 10-23-2009, 12:18 PM Nathannnnnnnnnn !!!!!!!!!!! can't believe it, don't give up!

whack_d_net 10-23-2009, 12:20 PM Folks cheer up for Nathan and Jenny!! Much better entertainment than the opposites!:eek::eek::eek:
Yeah the Battle of Brits seems interesting :)
Bad draws for ENG*team in this tourney as they had to kill each other in the early rounds
Apparently they always serious, though
Usually they'll get exhausted in the next matches
Ummm, maybe they need to learn a trick or two about match fixing?
LOL, just kidding :D :D
Btw how bout your dinner?
It still take WS before your knight finally came in action :)
abedeng 10-23-2009, 12:21 PM INA channel attack fails and Fisher fells Devin yet again.
badMania 10-23-2009, 12:21 PM Once the Danes are in front by 3-4 pts, there's no stopping them. Devin/Lita will lose easily in the second set.
abedeng 10-23-2009, 12:21 PM Jap ladies pip INA tomboys to the finish in game 1.
kuwichert 10-23-2009, 12:23 PM Devil down, Nathan's going home and the INA girls lost 1st game:mad::mad::mad::mad:
let's get ready for the lonely knight later on!!!!:eek::eek:
Folks, later on I hope for full support for the real underdog of today!
abedeng 10-23-2009, 12:24 PM Seems like Lita is no longer interested in this match. Not ready in her defense.
kuwichert 10-23-2009, 12:25 PM Seems like Lita is no longer interested in this match. Not ready in her defense.
she starts thinking of longer shopping in Paris now:D:D:D
badMania 10-23-2009, 12:25 PM Seems like Lita is no longer interested in this match. Not ready in her defense.
It's a typical Devin/Lita performance. They might give a fight in the first-set, sometimes winning it. But once the going gets tough in the second set, they will just lose it easily.
kuwichert 10-23-2009, 12:26 PM before the knight gets warm, lets cheer the cutier one, Ai go , Ai go!!!
abedeng 10-23-2009, 12:26 PM Even a Danish loose serve cannot be killed. Danes on matchpoint.
simonlovers 10-23-2009, 12:27 PM Seems like Lita is no longer interested in this match. Not ready in her defense.
and than PBSI send Lita for what ??...:mad::mad:
whack_d_net 10-23-2009, 12:32 PM Bye bye Devil
Pity coz they also fight without their coach, rite?
Hmmm, no WS and XD in SF for INA camp, while WD still struggling :(
ctjcad 10-23-2009, 12:33 PM ..a bit surprised with Nova & Lilyana's lost vs. a relatively new partnership. But then, I think this performance really sealed the deal for the INA pair and it's really time for them to move on and go on their separate ways.
Nathan's and Jenny's loss wasn't really a surprised. Jenny is still not as stable vs. a much more stable and experienced pair.
Eriko and Yao Jie are on a roll.
Kido is much better at the net than HS, maybe he should just stay there.
...
..hmm, i hope that only applies to this particular match...If not, then the poll in the Professional Players sub-forum, on who's the best net player, needs to be revised..:p
kuwichert 10-23-2009, 12:37 PM Japanese doing quite well
kuwichert 10-23-2009, 12:38 PM Hope Ai can keep the 3 point advantage for this 1st game and do it again in the next game LOL:D:D:D
